The 6-step flow

We send the transferee a simple guide ("walk slow, describe brands, mention issues").

Record the room; speak naturally. We de-duplicate frames and transcribe with timestamps.

We detect items; align spoken words to the right frames; focus OCR where the voice hints (e.g., "serial's on the back").

We add categories, brand/model candidates, and fair value ranges with a confidence badge and a simple "why."

The user can hide duplicates, correct a model, or answer one clarifying question.

Totals and audit are created; bind FVP or place a third-party policy; store an FNOL-ready bundle.

Thumbnail, title, brand/model, RCV/ACV, confidence.

Comps, category logic, or "needs review."

Declared value (RCV/ACV), high-value count.

CSV/XLSX/PDF.

We fall back to visuals.

We diarize and prefer the primary narrator.

We flag for human appraisal or special handling.
